Secure Web Page

There are three key points to ensure the secure web page is safe.

1.      When you go to the secure web page, you will see the URL belongs to Entrust. You’ll see the address that it starts with is https. This means the site is using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate. This lets you know that all your communication and data is encrypted as it passes from your browser to the website's server. That tells you our secure web page is safe to use.

2.      To go past the opening page on the secure web page, you will need to follow the instructions we sent you and your ICP number. You need to get the ICP number from your power bill. Those separate steps help ensure that it is only you who can see your details on the secure web page.

3.      To pay the dividend, we do need your bank account name and number so we can pay the money into your bank account. We can’t do anything with that number except pay you.

Please note, we never, ever ask for your bank password.

We only need the bank account name and number.

If anyone asks for your bank password, they are not us, don’t give it to them.

You can get to secure web page here.

ICP stands for installation control point. Your ICP number is the unique number that identifies the power connection at your property.

You can find your ICP on your power bill or app. Or see the 'Find my ICP' page.

To go to the secure web page to update your payment details you need to follow the instructions we sent you.

You also need your ICP number. You can find this on your power bill or app. Or see the Find my ICP page.
